据彭博社报道，喜达屋资本集团(Starwood Capital Group LLC)宣布，向由中国人寿保险集团牵头的财团出售了遍布美国各地的一些酒店的股份，这些酒店的总价值为20亿美元左右。
喜达屋资本集团称，中国人寿保险集团将成为这些酒店物业的最大投资者，其他投资者还包括一些主权财富基金等。此次获得投资的酒店共有280家，分布在美国的40个州。据悉，去年该公司还出售了纽约的一家豪华酒店Baccarat给另一家中国保险公司。
喜达屋这一举措，一方面避重就轻，缩小规模并减轻账面资产;另一方面专注于酒店管理并重塑资产结构，提高资本回报率。

walking distance from hotel to MRT is about 15mins. free shuttle service between hotel and MRT station is from 8am to 8pm. It will be nice to have it until 10pm. There is 2 night markets within the area. A lot of food choices and good leg massage in the night market. Room is clean and big. Water pressure and temperature from the shower is better than most 4 stars hotel.

周边环境一般，去疾控出差，最近的一家，没有晚饭提供。离大石站有1公理，并且在修路，共享车紧俏
